Asian Club Membership Card Information
- Please show your membership card to Mrs. Yan at the beginning of the meeting/activity to get a stamp on the back. The breakdown is as follows. Attendance of a regular meeting: 1 stamp. Club Rush purchase: 1 stamp/day. Participation in a major event: 2 stamps. These stamps will be given by the discretion of the advisors. You may purchase your card from Mrs. Yan in Room 47.
- If you run out of space, you can receive a second card free of charge from Mrs. Yan.
- If you lose your card, you will be charged a replacement fee of $0.50. This card has no monetary value and cannot be resold. Unfortunately, we cannot remark stamps lost.
- The membership card is valid ONLY for the student whose name is on the card.
- In order to attend the Chinese New Year Festival, you will need at least 4 stamps. To attend the Chinatown field trip, you will need at least 6 stamps. To attend the end of the year reward trip and lucky activities, you will need at least 8 stamps. These numbers are subject to change at any time of the year. Please check here for updates.
- Fraudulent usage and unauthorized reproduction of this card will result in expulsion from the club and school consequences.
