Double Ninth Festival

Asian Club will have a meeting this Friday October 15 in Room 47 at lunch .

We will going to have a presentation about chinese traditional "Double Ninth Festival" (九九重陽節/重九/Tết Trùng Cửu).

Mid-Autumn Moon Festival Meeting

After all this time Asian Club is finally approved by Irvington's Associated Student Body. We are now allowed to distribute this year's membership cards!

You may purchase one in Mrs. Yan's room (Rm 47) during break, lunch, or after school. The fee for a year's membership is $5.00. If you have a promotional information card from MAZE day, you are eligible for a $1 discount.

Membership information will be provided in our about page. It is also available in print. Please ask Mrs. Yan for details.

The Mid Autumn Moon Festival / 中秋節 / 中秋节 / Tết Trung Thu

Although the Mid-Autumn Moon Festival already passed on September 22 (Lunar Calendar: August 15), the meeting had to be postponed due to the ASB approval process. We will celebrate the Mid-Autumn Moon Festival at our next meeting on Friday, October 8. A presentation will be included and mooncakes will be provided. Please bring your membership card to join us!
